 Mike Butler
MIKE BUTLER is a Director of RAAS RIGHTS and Co Principal RAAS Real Estate – Brisbane and Gold Coast, QLD. Mike oversees the Brisbane operation of both enterprises, and operates from the central administrative office in Brisbane. Mike commenced his real estate career with Ray White in 1980, and has been involved in residential sales, project marketing, property development and management rights. Mike is a Licenced Real Estate Agent, a General Auctioneer, and has served on the Arbitration Panel of the REIQ. He has owned and operated a permanent residential complex on Brisbane’s Southside. Mike is a member of the REIQ and ARAMA and is a regular contributor to management rights industry forums. He is regarded as one of the leading lights in the management rights field in Queensland.

 Geoff Glanville
GEOFF GLANVILLE founded the RAAS Group in 2002 on the Sunshine Coast and is a Director of RAAS RIGHTS. Geoff oversees the Sunshine Coast and North Queensland operations. Geoff entered the property industry as a Cadet Valuer on finishing his senior yerar in 1969. He is a licensed real estate agent and qualified valuer. He was for many years the premier property auctioneer on the Sunshine Coast and until recently was an active real estate trainer. He is past president of The Sunshine Coast Branch of the REIQ, was an executive member of the Queensland Real Estate Employer body (QREIOE) and has undertaken both commercial and residential property development in Brisbane and on the Sunshine Coast.Additionally he holds dual Diplomas in E-Commerce and Information Technology. Geoff is a member of the REIQ and ARAMA and is a regular contributor to management rights industry forums.

 Rusty Lush
RUSTY LUSH is a Director of RAAS RIGHTS and Co Principal of RAAS Real Estate – Gold Coast and Brisbane. Rusty oversees the Gold Coast and assists with the Brisbane operation as well. Rusty commenced his real estate career on the Gold Coast in 1985 after a lengthy stint on the land as grazier in South Australia and South Western Queensland. Rusty launched the Project Marketing Division for a large Gold Coast real estate agency which saw him conducting marketing seminars throughout South East Asia & N.Z.,before he started his own agency. He has owned and still has a financial interest in numerous Permanent and Holiday Management Rights complexes in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Bribie Island, Noosa and Cairns. Rusty is a Licenced Real Estate Agent in Queensland and NSW and and is a Management Rights Specialist. Rusty is a member of ARAMA and is a regular contributor to management rights industry forums.
