David has been involved in the management rights industry since 1998. He has owned 2 permanent residential complexes, selling the last in late 2005. He was also involved actively in his brother's Gold Coast holiday complex in the late 1980's. Prior to starting in the Rights Industry, David was a Manager in the Hunter Area Health service for a total 17.5 years. He is an avid AFL follower having played for Geelong in the AFL for 5 years. Zane Bary is in the unique position of having an intimate understanding of both the management rights and motel industries. With his wife Sarah, he currently owns a large student accommodation complex on the Sunshine Coast. Prior to that he was a motel broker for a number of years in his native New Zealand. He has attributed his success in the management rights field, to having previously owned and run two large motel businesses in Nelson and Blenheim in New Zealand. With a diverse background including abalone fisherman, Zane is a straight shooter and a very easy person to do business with. Lee Boyle.L.R.E.A Brisbane
Lee is based in Brisbane’s western suburbs. Her passion for management rights was sparked when she & husband Clive bought their first town house complex in Brisbane’s southern suburbs. She decided the management rights lifestyle suited her and went on to obtain her full real estate agents license. Lee has wide ranging interests in sport, both as a participant & spectator.
