About me

Rosie has literally had a 25 year+ “love affair” with sales in the property industry, commencing her journey with a regional project home builder, where her innate talent for design and layout flourished. Then transitioning to working for some of Australia’s most renowned developers, such as Mirvac, Stockland’s, Miller Corporation, Banyan Tree Group, Citimark and the Accor Group, her energy and passion drove remarkable sales figures in many of Brisbane's upscale residential projects, whilst her desire and knack of creating win/win scenarios became her trademark.

 

Many owners in the Runaway Bay/Hollywell area already know of her from her “track record” of sales in the area, particularly within the iconic “Allisee” residential community, where with her husband she still resides. Rosie spearheaded the Allisee pre-sales phase and continued through multiple stages, earning National accolades for her outstanding performance and creating many life long friends with her warm presence and unwavering assistance.

 

Rosie's expertise and abilities were further expanded as National Sales Manager for both “Gateway” and later “Ingenia”, specializing in the burgeoning “Over 50s Residential Parks” sector, this wealth of experience uniquely positions her as a facilitator who understands the intricacies of downsizing in style.

 

Rosie offers unparalleled experience and insight into the Residential Apartment sector’s amenities and nuances, coupled with her extensive industry knowledge and her background and passion, every interaction is geared towards creating long-term relationships and win/win outcomes for all parties.
